Key Responsibilities\n

• Build rapport with clients through trust and understanding, establishing a therapeutic alliance that encourages open communication.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders accurately, leveraging best practices in treatment modalities.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans based on detailed evaluations of individual client needs and circumstances.

• Provide ongoing counseling and psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, adapting treatment plans as their needs evolve.

• Engage in therapeutic sessions, including group therapy when applicable, and refer clients to specialized practitioners as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Flourish Counsel Connect, you will focus on working with a diverse client population, including individuals facing family dynamics, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. You will provide targeted therapy to clients addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse, ensuring to apply your expertise in addiction counseling and co-occurring disorders.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
