Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapy sessions with couples and individuals, addressing a wide array of psychological and relational issues.

• Facilitate therapeutic activities that may include emotional regulation techniques, communication skills training, and conflict resolution strategies.

• Assess and create personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each family or individual client.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support for clients with complex needs.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient progress and therapeutic methods within our electronic health record system.

• Advocate for clients’ needs and help navigate community resources to ensure comprehensive support outside of therapy sessions.

• Provide guidance and support in navigating issues related to family dynamics, including grief, blended family integration, job-related stressors, and conflicts.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will primarily work with a diverse client population, including couples, children, adolescents, and families facing various challenges. Our practice addresses critical issues such as alcohol and substance abuse, trauma recovery, grief and loss, interpersonal conflicts, and adjustments to life transitions such as divorce and remarriage. Each therapist plays an integral role in helping clients foster healthier relationships and enhance their overall mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
