ServiceNow Test Manager

The ServiceNow Test Manager will lead and execute comprehensive testing strategies across ServiceNow implementations. This role partners with technical teams, program leadership, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery through manual and automated testing, effective UAT coordination, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop and lead testing strategies across all SDLC phases, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT testing Define, create, and manage detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts aligned with business and technical requirements Own end-to-end testing execution, including defect identification, triage, tracking, and resolution Utilize ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and test management tools to improve testing efficiency and coverage Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including stakeholder communication and test execution Perform API testing using REST and SOAP services Report testing status, metrics, risks, and quality outcomes to stakeholders and leadership Ensure compliance with internal QA standards, security controls, and ServiceNow governance Stay current with ServiceNow releases, testing tools, and best practices Mentor QA team members and end users on testing processes and ATF usage Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 6 years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree with 4 years’ experience OR Ph.D. with 1 year of experience OR 10 years of relevant experience in a related field Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform functionality and core modules Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) Experience with test management tools such as Zephyr, qTest, or TestRail Proven experience designing and executing functional, regression, and integration test cases Hands-on API testing experience (REST and SOAP) Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Kanban methodologies Experience coordinating and facilitating UAT, including stakeholder communication and training Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to manage testing activities in complex, cross-functional environments Preferred Skills: ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, Implementation Specialist, or Application Developer Experience with ServiceNow Test Management module ISTQB or Certified Agile Tester (CAT) certification Background in cloud or managed services environments (MSP experience preferred) Familiarity with Salesforce, ITSM, or ITIL frameworks (ITIL v3 or v4 preferred) Experience with load and performance testing tools Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Compunnel
