You'll help identify customer concerns, communicate service recommendations, coordinate with technicians, and ensure every guest receives a professional and positive experience.Responsibilities include:Greet customers in a friendly, professional, and timely mannerListen to customer concerns and accurately document service needsCreate and manage repair orders with accuracy and attention to detailReview vehicle maintenance needs and recommended repairs with customersProvide clear estimates, timelines, and updates throughout the service visitPartner with technicians to understand repair recommendations and service statusCommunicate additional service needs and obtain customer approval when neededFollow up with customers to ensure they feel informed and supportedProcess payments and review completed work at vehicle deliveryMaintain a strong sense of urgency in a high-volume service environmentDeliver an experience that helps earn customers for lifeWhat We're Looking For The ideal candidate is professional, outgoing, organized, and comfortable working with customers in a fast-paced setting.
