Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide outstanding customer service
• Perform Toyota Multi-Point Walk-Around Inspections with customers
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately write repair orders
• Review vehicle history and maintenance schedules
• Recommend needed maintenance and repairs based on Toyota guidelines
• Communicate repair recommendations and estimates clearly
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient repairs
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Deliver vehicles and explain completed repairs
• Follow Toyota and dealership service processes and procedures
• Complete Toyota manufacturer training and certification programs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

Qualifications

• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
• Toyota experience is a plus
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle maintenance
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
