Blended Case Manager

Candidate Requirements High school diploma or GED ANDAT LEAST 12 semester credit hours in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, or other social science required. 2+ years’ experience in public or private human service, with 1 year being direct care required. Experience must be with clients over the age of 18. Valid Driver's license required. All clearances required by OMHSAS regulations. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, or other human services.
