Description – What You'll Do

• Conduct data analysis to ensure accuracy, address any errors, and perform both preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Aid in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as necessary.
• Document all procedures meticulously, train new team members or interns, and uphold rigorous laboratory quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe operational environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree combined with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
• Sustain current certification throughout your tenure.
