Your Role: What You'll Be Doing

• Conducting both routine and complex clinical laboratory tests—including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more—all in accordance with established protocols.
• Evaluating and ensuring the accuracy of results, identifying and troubleshooting errors, as well as performing preventive maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Assisting with specimen collection and preparing samples for testing as required.
• Thoroughly documenting all procedures, mentoring new staff or students, and contributing to the maintenance of lab quality standards.
• Upholding a clean and safe workplace and adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health degree accompanied by ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certification Requirements

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of hire.
• Current certification must be maintained throughout your employment.
