Call Center Representative (Spanish/English)

Overview Call Center Representative (Spanish/English) – San Diego, CA. This is a full-time on-site role. The representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist English and Spanish-speaking customers, address inquiries, provide information about SDCBA services, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires managing customer records, providing language support, and collaborating with team members to enhance the overall customer experience. Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls in English and Spanish. Assist customers by providing information about SDCBA services and resources. Address inquiries and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction. Manage and update customer records accurately. Collaborate with team members to improve the customer experience. Qualifications Excellent bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Proficient in computer literacy and basic software tools. Ability to work on-site in San Diego, CA. Prior call center experience is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
