Foh Lead Supervisor Hourly (Catering Sales Coordinator)

We are hiring immediately for a full time position. Location: UMinn. Address: Coffman Hall 300 Washington Av, Minneapolis MN 55455. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday-Friday with occasional evening and weekends. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Catering experience and intermediate computer skills required.

Coordinate catering orders and event details by working directly with clients.

Manage event logistics including room setups, menu coordination, and communication with operations team.

Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues and supporting sales efforts to increase revenue.

Assist with order preparation, deliveries, and large catered events as needed.

Pay Range: $25.00 per hour to $30.00 per hour.

Job Summary: Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
