Job Full Description Route Manager Location: Tewksbury, MA Starting Salary: $30 - $35 per hour Hours: 8:00AM - 4:30PM, M-F Full Time, Temp to Perm Position Overview Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? Our client is seeking a Route Delivery Manager to oversee and optimize their dry cleaning delivery operations. This role is perfect for someone who knows how to lead a team, manage logistics, and deliver top-notch service to customers. Key Responsibilities Oversee and support a team of delivery drivers across multiple routes Manage driver schedules, route assignments, and customer coverage Coordinate daily pickup and delivery operations to ensure on-time service Train drivers on customer service standards, safety protocols, and operational procedures Monitor route efficiency, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance Collaborate with plant managers and customer service teams to ensure seamless service and resolve any outstanding customer concerns Serve as the main point of contact for delivery-related customer concerns Track and report on route performance, including KPIs such as on-time rates and customer satisfaction Develop strategies to assist with route growth Qualifications & Experience 2+ years of experience in logistics, delivery management, or route supervision (preferably in dry cleaning, laundry, or a service-based industry) Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Proficient in using route management and tracking systems Clean driving record and valid driver's license Assist with route deliveries as needed Able to lift up to 30 lbs Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of dry cleaning or laundry operations Experience with customer account management Route Manager Location: Tewksbury, MA Starting Salary: $30 - $35 per hour Hours: 8:00AM - 4:30PM, M-F Full Time, Temp to Perm Lowell, MA 3429 229 Billerica Road Unit 5 Chelmsford, MA 01824 Express Employment Professionals Defunct
