Job Summary Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator for Service Center Burleson - South. The position involves performing a range of duties such as writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, completing final paperwork before delivery, finalizing total loss administration, and communicating post-repair plans and vehicle status updates while complying with all Caliber safety rules, guidelines and company standards. Requirements 2+ years of collision estimating experience (sales experience preferred) 21 years of age or older Valid driver’s license and eligibility for coverage under company insurance policy Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License Abilities / Skills / Knowledge Consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneel, bend, squat, lift objects over 50 lbs Prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software Advanced understanding of repair processes/procedures Strong sales orientation Ability to understand written and verbal instructions Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment Equal Opportunity Employer Caliber is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
