We have a job opening and exciting opportunity for a full-time Administrative Assistant in our Tiffin, OH location. The primary role of the Administrative Assistant is to provide administrative support and coordination to the Executive Administrator and supporting departments in a way that results in the effective management of daily tasks as well as project support. This individual will have a proven ability to take direction, as well as manage multiple tasks and responsibilities with competing priorities and deadlines; utilize business judgment to screen and prioritize communications and opportunities from external and internal sources. This role offers 30–40 hours per week and may require flexibility based on operational needs.

Essential Functions:

• Provide administrative support through high levels of communication, effective prioritization, project management, and execution.
• Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate joint meetings and support joint projects, ensuring streamlined communication.
• Plan and coordinate meetings.
• Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and official documents.
• Order and maintain office supplies for multiple locations.
• Manage expense reporting, including approvals and tracking.
• Plan travel arrangements for supported staff, including hotels, airline reservations, and rental cars.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
• May require minimal travel up to 5%.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You will Need to be Successful:

• Associate's degree or equivalent and prior experience supporting an executive level position required or combination of education and experience in a related field.
• Experience with and strong knowledge of Microsoft products required.
• Must demonstrate success in the following skills: written and verbal communication, project management and execution, prioritization of multiple tasks, flexibility, innovative thinking, and the ability to learn and apply new tools.
• Ability to work well independently and as a team.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check and drug screening.

Work Location:

• This role is located in Tiffin, OH.
• With the possibility of a work from home hybrid model (in office part of the week and remote part of the week).
