Description – What You'll Do

• Ensure the precision of results, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and engage in preventive maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Thoroughly document all processes, onboard new employees or students, and help maintain high-quality laboratory standards.
• Promote a clean and safe working environment, adhering to regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a similar allied health qualification, paired with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• Certification through ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is expected within one year of hire.
• Ongoing maintenance of current certification throughout your employment is required.
