Description - Your Role

• Conduct both routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests across various fields such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology according to established protocols.
• Ensure the accuracy of results through meticulous analysis, troubleshooting any errors, maintaining lab instruments, and performing necessary preventative maintenance.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Thoroughly document all laboratory procedures, aid in the training of new staff or students, and uphold stringent lab quality standards.
• Promote a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree, alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) required within one year from your start date.
• Maintain active certification throughout your employment.
