Description - Your Responsibilities

• Review test outcomes for precision, address discrepancies, and conduct preventive maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection activities and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Document all processes thoroughly, assist in mentoring new team members or students, and contribute to maintaining high lab quality standards.
• Ensure a tidy and safe working environment, complying with relevant regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, plus preparation for ASCP or AMT certification.

Certifications

• Obtaining ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hiring is required.
• Maintain current certification throughout your employment with us.
