Description - What Awaits You

• Conduct both routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and others as per established guidelines.
• Evaluate results for precision, mitigate errors, and carry out preventative maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist in the specimen collection process and prepare samples for analysis as needed.
• Meticulously document all procedures, mentor new staff or students, and ensure the lab meets quality standards.
• Cultivate a hygienic, safe work environment while adhering to relevant regulations and accreditation standards.

Education

• Earned a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• Obtained ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of joining the facility.
• Maintain ongoing certification throughout your career.
