Ensure accuracy in your analytical results, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and take proactive steps in maintaining and calibrating laboratory instruments.
Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for testing as necessary.
Keep meticulous records of all procedures, guide new team members or students, and diligently help maintain the lab's quality assurance criteria.
Uphold a clean and secure work environment, strictly adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.
A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP or AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) obtained within one year of joining.
