Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests-spanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-following established procedures.
Assess results for accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and carry out preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
Assist with the collection of specimens and prepare samples for analysis as necessary.
Carefully document all procedures, mentor new staff or students, and maintain high lab quality standards.
Ensure a tidy, safe work environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation guidelines.
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health degree, with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of hire.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively work with healthcare teams.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, particularly regarding quality control and documentation.
