• Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests including chemistry, hematology, immunology, among others, adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for precision, address discrepancies, and maintain lab equipment through regular calibration and upkeep.
• Support specimen collection procedures and prepare samples for analysis as needed.
• Thoroughly document all processes, mentor new hires or students, and uphold the lab's quality assurance standards.
• Ensure a clean and secure working environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education Requirements

• Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a related allied health field, with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications Required

• ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is required to be obtained within one year of employment.
• Must maintain current certification throughout your tenure with us.
