Territory Sales Manager, Retail, Grocery, Food Service, & Cold Chain (Western US)

As a Territory Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for growing revenue, expanding customer relationships, and driving adoption of innovative supply chain solutions across your assigned territory. What You'll Do Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share within your assigned territory. Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, competitive displacement, and strategic account development. Expand existing customer relationships by identifying opportunities to deliver additional value. Position Rehrig Pacific solutions through a consultative, value-based sales approach. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast, and CRM records to support business objectives. Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution and exceptional customer experiences. Leverage market, customer, and competitive insights to uncover growth opportunities and improve territory performance. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. 3+ years of B2B field sales experience, with 5+ years preferred. Experience selling into Retail, Grocery, Foodservice, Cold Chain, packaging, logistics, or related supply chain industries preferred. Demonstrated success in consultative selling and value-based solution sales. Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze opportunities, develop sales strategies, and prioritize territory activities. Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills. Ability to travel approximately 50%. Valid driver's license and ability to transport product samples for customer demonstrations. Why Rehrig Pacific?
