Job Description

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 5:00am - 3:00pm

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/HR

Duties:

Install fasteners, brackets, studs, inserts, and other hardware onto metal components using manual and automated equipment.
Operate hardware-setting machines, including presses, riveters, and insertion equipment.
Read and follow work orders, blueprints, diagrams, and part drawings to ensure proper hardware placement and orientation.
Perform quality inspections to verify hardware is installed correctly and meets specifications.
Use gauges, calipers, and other measuring tools to verify dimensions and accuracy.
Stage materials and components to support efficient production flow.
Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparation of finished products for shipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and machine operation standards.

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
Ability to use hand tools and small power tools safely and effectively.
Comfortable operating presses, riveters, or hardware insertion equipment (training provided).
Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical drawings.
Experience using gauges, calipers, and other measuring instruments preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. as needed.
