Overview
Seeking a Campaign Operations Specialist to support the design, execution, and optimization of high-volume customer communications across mobile, push notifications, email, SMS, and in-app channels. This role serves as a bridge between Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Engagement teams, ensuring campaigns are delivered reliably, efficiently, and at scale.
Initially, the role will support the Engineering team by executing and enabling mobile marketing campaigns through backend services and API integrations. As Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) capabilities mature, the position will transition toward owning campaign execution, optimization, governance, and performance management within the Customer Engagement Activation organization.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Operations & Activation
Execute and manage mobile, push, email, SMS, and in-app campaigns using enterprise marketing platforms.
Configure, test, launch, monitor, and optimize customer engagement campaigns.
Support audience segmentation, personalization, journey orchestration, and campaign delivery.
Maintain campaign templates, journeys, and activation workflows.
Perform campaign QA, troubleshooting, and production support.
PEGA & Marketing Technology
Leverage PEGA Enterprise Decision Management (EDM/CDH) to support campaign decisioning, customer targeting, and engagement strategies.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable campaign solutions.
Support governance processes including consent management, suppression rules, frequency caps, and customer preferences.
API Integration & Technical Enablement
Work with backend engineering teams to support API-based integrations between marketing platforms and enterprise systems.
Validate campaign data flows, event triggers, customer attributes, and activation services.
Support integration of notification channels including mobile push, email, SMS, and in-app messaging.
Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate resolution with engineering teams.
Platform Reliability & Operations
Monitor campaign delivery, platform health, and operational performance.
Support incident management, root cause analysis, and process improvements.
Contribute to logging, monitoring, and observability practices for campaign services and customer communications.
Data & Experimentation
Support campaign targeting, personalization, and event-triggered communications.
Execute A/B testing and campaign experimentation initiatives.
Partner with analytics teams to measure campaign effectiveness and recommend optimizations.
