Role: ServiceNow ITSM Devops and IRM Consultant Travel – Onsite Requirements: First five days in: Houston, TX, USA Seattle, WA, USA Charlotte, NC, USA Duration: 2month 2 week + extension Client: EY Contract description
Lead and manage large ServiceNow ITSM and IRM implementations, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Design and configure ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and automation aligned with business requirements.
Oversee risk management processes, including third-party and integration risk assessments within ServiceNow IRM.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, mitigate, and monitor operational and security risks.
Provide technical guidance and best practices for ServiceNow DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines and platform upgrades.
Qualifications
Proven experience in large-scale ServiceNow ITSM and IRM implementations.
Strong background in risk management, including third-party and integration risk frameworks.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow DevOps tools and automation practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
ServiceNow certifications (ITSM, IRM, or DevOps) preferred.
