Job Description

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver a technical solution that meets the unique needs of our clients.
• Create quality deliverables to communicate technical solutions to appropriate audiences.
• Leverage CapTech’s internal programs and self‑directed training to continually develop industry‑relevant knowledge and skills.
• Understand and implement object‑oriented design patterns.
• Communicate effectively to team members with varying degrees of technical knowledge.
• Provide technical mentoring and leadership.

Qualifications

Technical skills:

• Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using MuleSoft and MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, ensuring secure and scalable API connectivity across enterprise systems.
• Build and enhance applications leveraging .NET frameworks, delivering high‑performance and reliable solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Implement and manage cloud‑based solutions on Microsoft Azure, including resource provisioning, monitoring, and optimization for cost and performance.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes, ensuring rapid and consistent delivery of software updates.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define integration patterns, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
• Apply best practices in API management, security, and governance to maintain compliance and system integrity.
• Monitor and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability through proactive analysis and tuning.

Soft Skills:

• Mentorship & Team Support
  Skilled in guiding and supporting junior developers and offshore teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing to ensure project success.
• Technical Discovery & Documentation
  Adept at conducting technical discovery of source and destination systems, creating detailed technical flow diagrams, and documenting comprehensive technical requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
  Experienced in engaging with IT leadership, product teams, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment across technical and business objectives. Comfortable with client‑facing responsibilities and maintaining visibility throughout the project lifecycle.
