Job Description Key Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee daily on-site operations of construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones efficiently. Conduct regular site inspections and supervise field activities to ensure the quality and integrity of work. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients to enhance project communication and resolve any issues promptly. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and budgetary information. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to optimize project delivery and performance. Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Field Engineer or Superintendent in the construction industry. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations. Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively. Proficient in project management software and tools. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
