Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Reidsville, NC. Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist – Travel:
- Perform physical therapy evaluations and treatments based on physician orders
- Complete comprehensive evaluations using appropriate tools and procedures
- Review patient records for diagnosis, medical history, and precautions
- Establish and develop measurable goals and treatment plans
- Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and progress towards goals
- Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and family members
- Consult with medical providers about patient evaluation and discharge plans
- Recommend and assist with acquiring adaptive equipment for patients
- Maintain and submit required documentation for evaluations, treatments, and billing
- Adhere to professional practice standards and regulatory compliance
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides in patient care activities
- Participate in and conduct staff development programs and meetings
Requirements of the Physical Therapist – Travel:
- Licensed NC PT or compact license
- Home health experience
- HCHB experience
- OASIS experience
