Mid Market Sales Consultant

Paychex seeks a Mid Market Sales Consultant to drive new business for our payroll, HR, and benefits solutions in the finance and insurance space. In this client-facing role, you’ll prospect and qualify mid-sized businesses, conduct consultative needs assessments, and present tailored Paychex offerings that address compliance, HR technology, and insurance needs. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from discovery and proposal through negotiation and close, partnering with implementation and service teams for a seamless client experience. Success in this role is supported by robust training, collaborative leadership, and clear paths for career growth across sales, HR, and technology.
