Home Improvement Sales Consultant
Full-Time Commission-only, uncapped (proven closers earn six figures and beyond)
For closers who want a real company behind them. If you've sold in-home or big-ticket before and you're tired of weak leads, slow pay, or a brand you have to apologize for, keep reading. We give experienced reps qualified appointments, products our own crews actually install, and a comp plan with no cap.
What you'll earn Commission-only with no ceiling. Our top closers earn six figures and well beyond. Your income tracks your skill and your effort, not a salary band.

- Financing that closes deals. $0-down options and most homeowners qualify, so price is rarely the dealbreaker.

- 2+ years of in-home, solar, home-improvement, or other big-ticket sales
- A track record of closing and hitting quota
- Self-driven and professional, comfortable owning the full sales cycle
