ROSENBLUM DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION is seeking a full-time Assistant Property Manager (APM) for Troy, New York. The ideal candidate will support the Multifamily Property Management team, maximizing occupancy while ensuring resident satisfaction. This dynamic role includes managing leasing efforts and being part of the lease-up of Sol Apartments, opening in August 2026.
