Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed evaluations of patients' physical capabilities and limitations, utilizing standardized assessment tools to inform individualized treatment plans.
• Design and implement tailored, evidence-based physical therapy interventions focusing on improving mobility, alleviating pain, and increasing independence.
• Collaborate efficiently with an interdisciplinary team comprising physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff to coordinate optimal patient care, ensuring all members are aligned on treatment goals.
• Provide education and ongoing guidance to patients and their families regarding therapeutic exercises, home care practices, and injury prevention techniques for sustained health benefits.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of patient progress and response to treatment, adhering to legal and regulatory requirements while also facilitating communication among the healthcare team.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adults, and seniors facing various health challenges. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
