Work Environment

The physical therapist will work onsite at our specialized rehabilitation facility in Freehold. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Mindful Physical Therapy, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments of patients to develop personalized treatment plans addressing their specific needs.
• Providing evidence-based treatment using various therapeutic modalities including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education.
• Coordinating with healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care and continuity throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Documenting evaluations, treatment progress, and patient interactions in accordance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.
• Supervising and mentoring support staff and physical therapy assistants to optimize patient outcomes and clinic efficiency.
• Engaging in community outreach programs to promote health and wellness, while supporting the clinic's visibility and mission.
• Participating in team meetings and professional development activities to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
