Bookkeeper / Accounts Payable & Receivable (AP/AR) Manhattan Motorcars is hiring a Bookkeeper / AP-AR Specialist to support our accounting operations. This is a full-time, in-office role with a stable schedule, competitive pay, and strong benefits. Responsibilities Process and post accounts payable invoices Manage accounts receivable and customer payments Prepare account statements and assist with reconciliations Support check runs (vehicle purchases, payoffs, refunds) Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Assist Controller and accounting team with daily operations Requirements 1+ year of experience in bookkeeping, AP, AR, or accounting support Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment Basic accounting knowledge Automotive or dealership experience preferred but not required Schedule & Work Environment Full-Time MondayFriday schedule In-office position (New Rochelle, NY) Compensation & Benefits $20$29/hour (based on experience) Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company contribution Paid vacation, holidays, and personal days Career growth opportunities Why Apply?
