The facility features: 8 x 20,000L bioreactors (with future expansion capacity for 24 more) Cutting-edge automation and sustainability infrastructure A projected 725 new jobs by 2028 A Startup Environment with Big Impact Although backed by a global pharmaceutical leader, the Holly Springs site operates with the energy and agility of a startup: Greenfield build: Everything is being developed from the ground up, offering a rare opportunity to shape systems, culture, and processes. Hands-on learning: Technicians will be trained directly by equipment vendors and engineers as systems come online. Collaborative culture: The team is building a workplace focused on innovation, teamwork, and a shared mission to deliver life-impacting medicines à “Partner for Life” As of mid-2025, the site remains on track to begin production later this year, with key systems and equipment currently being installed and validated. Hiring is actively underway across operations, maintenance, and quality functions to support the site's transition into full-scale manufacturing. Title : Plant Engineering Technician - Process Location: Holly Springs, NC Type: 12-Month Contract-to-Hire Hours: Monday–Friday, 12:00pm-8:00pm Overtime: Occasional, not to exceed 42–44 hours/week On-Call: Rotational, TBD Pay: $30-35/hr Must-haves

• minimum 2 year degree from a technical school
• desire to learn the facilities operations within a pharmaceutical setting
• computer fluency - ability to document changes within SAP or Trackwise

Day-to-Day An employer in the Holly Springs area is looking for a Plant Engineering Technician to join their team. This individual will be responsible for the following:

• preparing work orders out of SAP - processing all documentation for Sr. Technicians
• Participates in the establishment and improvement of new and existing process support equipment
• Provides technical specifications and information to Quality, Manufacturing, Process-Project Engineers, and other MMD requestors
• completing validation protocols, documenting work using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS - Maximo, SAP)
• prepare inspection reports concerning operation and mechanical condition of equipment.
