Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8:00AM–5:00PM Friday 8:00AM-12:00PM (occasional after-hours or court appearances as needed)
Location: Florence, SC
Salary: $45,000–$55,000 annually (based on experience) + monthly commissions + monthly gas allowance.

Responsibilities
Market and lease single-family and multifamily rental properties
Conduct property showings and follow up with prospective tenants
Screen applicants, verify income, employment, rental history, and references
Prepare and execute lease agreements
Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and property owners
Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and unit turns
Manage rent collections and delinquent accounts
Prepare eviction notices and court documentation; represent the company in magistrate’s court when necessary
Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate updates to residents and owners
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local housing regulations
Maintain accurate records using property management software
Qualifications
Active South Carolina Real Estate License (required)
Minimum of 2 years of residential property management or leasing experience preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software (AppFolio, Buildium, Propertyware, or similar)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
