What You’ll Do



 
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients (yes, people will actually be happy to hear from you)
- Identify client needs and recommend the right insurance and financial products — no cookie-cutter solutions here
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and good old-fashioned hustle
- Manage customer service and account updates without losing your mind
- Collaborate with a team that has your back
- Hit your goals and then set bigger ones



 

 
What We’re Looking For



 
- Must be able to obtain a Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license (we’ll help you get there)
- Sales, account management or strong customer service experience is a plus — but a great attitude goes a long way
- Strong communicator who can explain insurance without making people’s eyes glaze over
- Self-starter who doesn’t need someone standing over their shoulder
- Detail-oriented — because the fine print actually matters in this industry
- A sense of humor (seriously, it helps)
