What you will be doing as the Service Delivery Specialist:

\n
• Carefully load, secure, and transport life-saving medical equipment and supplies to support clinicians in healthcare institutions.
\n
• Train Team Leaders at new or existing branches.
\n
• Responsible for the completion of company paperwork and electronic data entry.
\n
• Responsible for using company computer system to complete customer orders and manage inventory.
\n
• Help service, ship, and receive equipment in branch warehouses.
\n
• Provide professional customer service to hospital contacts, listening and responding to their patient an equipment needs.
\n
• Maintain a neat appearance, including wearing company uniform.
\n
• Adhere to the operations process, including quality management system standards.
\n
• Coordinate daily with local sales representatives and other company members on equipment orders and delivers, planning and support to healthcare partners.
\n
• Participate in business planning and professional development sessions.
\n

What you will need as the Service Delivery Specialist:

\n
• High School Graduate or equivalent.
\n
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record for past 3 years.
\n
• 4-6 years of relative industry experience.
\n
• Ability to provide excellent customer service to professional in the healthcare industry.
\n
• Ability to use our company portal daily to manage equipment maintenance orders and deliveries.
\n
• Ability to travel for trainings.
\n
• Ability to work multiple shifts, including on call as needed.
\n
• Ability to work unsupervised.
\n
• Excellent communication skills.
\n
• Lift up to 75 lbs. and push/pull up to 150 lbs.
\n
• Ability to pass DOT certification/physical.
\n
