Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to understand the unique circumstances of each patient.

  Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, ensuring that cultural considerations and personal goals are integrated.

  Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), to promote healthy coping mechanisms and resilience.

  Provide crisis intervention and support to patients in acute distress, coordinating care with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to ensure continuity of care.
