This position is located at Bureau of the Fiscal Service, Financial Integrity Products Division. As a Management and Program Analyst, you will work to promote the federal agency's access of multiple databases through a single system and other services such as the Analytics platform used for the identification and prevention of improper payments.

As a Management and Program Analyst, you will:

• Utilize a wide range of qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques to evaluate and measure the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of administrative and technical programs. Knowledge of the principles, policies and standards related to the operation of a large Federal Information Technology program.
• Author oral and written reports and presentations to identify problems clearly, relate findings, and propose solutions or make recommendations.
• Conduct analyses, evaluations, examinations, or other fact-finding studies related to data sources and other relevant areas within the Do Not Pay Business Center working system and Privacy Act programs.
• Serve as liaison and representative for Director on special studies and reviews.
• Facilitate studies and analyze identified problems that can be long or short term in nature.

• This position requires that the successful candidate undergo personnel vetting, which includes a background investigation and enrollment upon onboarding into "Continuous Vetting." Enrollment in Continuous Vetting will result in automated record checks being conducted throughout one's employment with Treasury. The successful candidate will also be enrolled into FBI's Rap Back service, which will allow Treasury to receive notification from the FBI of criminal matters (e.g., arrests, charges, convictions) involving enrolled individuals in near real-time. Qualifications

You must meet the following requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement.

The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. To ensure full credit for your work experience, please indicate dates of employment by month/day/year, and indicate number of hours worked per week on your résumé.

Specialized Experience for the GS-13, you must have one year (full 52 weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as:

• Experience leading end-to-end data designation processes, including developing packages, documenting justifications, tracking approvals, and coordinating onboarding activities. AND
• Experience coordinating across internal teams and external stakeholders including OMB, OFAS, Federal Reserve Bank partners, legal, privacy, federal agencies, or commercial data providers to resolve issues affecting data designation and implementation. AND
• Experience providing independent program management by monitoring milestones, facilitating executive decisions, and accelerating onboarding of new data sources to strengthen program capabilities.

In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable:

For the GS-13, you must have been at the GS-12 level for 52 weeks.

Time After Competitive Appointment: Candidates who are current Federal employees serving on a non-temporary competitive appointment must have

served at least three months in that appointment.
