The ideal candidate will reside within 50 miles of one of these locations. **Role Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Learning & Development professional to join our team as a Senior Associate (PF3). This role is responsible for delivering impactful learning experiences and designing modern training solutions that drive measurable performance outcomes.The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong expertise in facilitation, instructional design, and learning technology, with the ability to create engaging, interactive learning experiences across in-person, virtual, and digital environments. This role also plays a key part in advancing learning through the use of innovative tools, including AI-enabled solutions, hands on labs, and ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of knowledge content.What You'll Do:Facilitation & DeliveryFacilitate engaging in-person and virtual training programs for diverse audiencesDeliver complex topics in a clear, structured, and learner-focused mannerFoster an interactive learning environment that promotes participation and knowledge retentionDesign and maintain instructional facilitator guidebooksProvide post-training support and reinforcement to support application of learningLearning Design & DevelopmentDesign and develop instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning solutions aligned to business needsConduct needs analysis to identify performance gaps and recommend appropriate learning strategiesDevelop interactive, learner-centered content using a variety of instructional methodsEvaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning solutionsInnovation & Learning TechnologyApply AI and emerging technologies to enhance learning experiences and increase engagementExplore and implement new approaches to improve interactivity and learner outcomesStay current on industry trends and incorporate best practices into learning solutionsKnowledge ManagementCreate, update, and maintain knowledge articles, job aids, and performance support materialsEnsure content is accurate, accessible, and aligned with business processesPartner with stakeholders to capture, organize, and improve knowledge contentSupport the adoption and continuous improvement of knowledge platformsCollaboration & PartnershipPartner with business leaders and subject matter experts to develop effective learning solutionsProvide recommendations on learning approaches based on identified needsContribute to strategic initiatives and cross-functional projectsWhat You'll Bring:Bachelor’s degree preferredMust be FINRA licensed with a Series 6 or 7Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning & development, training delivery, or instructional designStrong facilitation skills in both in-person and virtual environmentsExperience designing eLearning using tools such as Sana, Colossyan, or similarKnowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologiesExperience in knowledge management or content developmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to quickly learn and apply new technologies, including AI-enabled toolsFamiliarity with learning evaluation methods and performance measurementExperience working across multiple business lines or complex fast paced environmentsAdditional InformationThis role offers the opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking learning organization focused on delivering engaging, high-impact, and innovative learning experiences that support employee performance and business success.# LI - EM1#LI - HYBRIDJob Level: LEVELPF3Pay TransparencySalary Range: $73,000-$104,000Overtime eligible: ExemptDiscretionary bonus eligible: YesSales bonus eligible: NoActual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
