Senior Associate – Real Estate Taft seeks an experienced Senior Associate with at least 6+ years of practice in real‑estate transactions, including acquisition, disposition, financing, and commercial office leasing. The ideal candidate is team‑oriented and ready to contribute to the Cleveland office. Responsibilities Assist in acquisition, disposition, and financing transactions. Handle commercial office leasing matters. Qualifications Minimum of 6 years of experience in real‑estate practice. Expertise in acquisition, disposition, financing, and commercial office leasing. Compensation and Benefits Competitive compensation (salary range $230,000 – $265,000/yr) and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, long‑term disability, flexible spending, 401(k), paid time off, paid holidays, bonus, and more.
