Staff Management Supervise the accounting staff and other staff as assigned; set work priorities, provide constructive feedback, and evaluate performance. Support staff professional development and help program managers grow their management skills. Schedule staff performance reviews, onboard new staff, and manage benefit programs. Lead recruitment, hiring, and personnel decisions with program managers and ensure compliance with federal grant requirements for employees. Foster a collaborative, accountable workplace culture across all offices. Personal Skills Strategic thinking and sound judgment in making decisions and setting priorities. Strong written and oral communication, including presentations to the board, funders, and partners. Leadership and team management, including tasking staff for optimal workflows.
