About the Role Senior HR Business Partner – Global PMO who partners with global leadership and the PMO to design and execute HR strategies that drive performance across AMER, EMEA, and APAC. The role supports a developing operations team in a datacenter environment, translating business priorities into a comprehensive HR agenda and serving as a key advisor to senior leadership. Responsibilities Partner with global leadership to develop and implement workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement strategies. Collaborate with Regional HR Business Partners to ensure consistent execution across regions and to address PMO employee matters at the country level. Leverage data insights to monitor performance, lead cross‑regional initiatives, and drive scalable, standardized HR solutions worldwide. Diagnose problems, recommend solutions, and provide strategic guidance to the PMO team. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in an HR‑related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years managing people. Experience supporting an operations or datacenter environment. Strong knowledge of global HR best practices in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and talent development. Comfortable working in a multi‑country environment with diverse local labor laws and regulations. Exceptional organizational, time‑management, and solution‑oriented mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills across cultures. Travel & Schedule 30% travel is required. The position may involve nights and weekends on occasion, requiring flexibility to adjust the schedule. Physical Requirements Must be able to perform all essential functions, including maintaining composure under pressure, working independently, managing multiple tasks, using a computer and keyboard, lifting up to 10 pounds routinely and up to 25 pounds occasionally, and reading and focusing on near and far distances.
