What you'd actually do
- Run the floor. Touch every station. Make sure the place is ready when the doors open.
- Hire the right people, coach them, and build a team that wants to stay.
- Own the numbers — labor, food cost, schedules, P&L.
- Keep the place clean, safe, and inspection-ready every single day.

- 4+ years running casual or fine-dining
- A real handle on P&L and budgeting (not just clicking through reports)
- Bachelor's in hospitality is a plus, not a dealbreaker
