Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients, addressing their specific needs through well-crafted pre-crisis, crisis plans, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards by timely completion of necessary documentation and clinical records.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to identify client needs and track progress effectively.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and programs to implement positive behavior support plans that benefit client outcomes.

• Actively engage in all licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the high standards of care.

• Serve as a liaison with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate integrated service delivery.

• Maintain open communication channels with clients and team members to foster an environment of trust and cooperation.

• Identify and build relationships with local, state, and private agencies to enhance service provision and funding opportunities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is essential.

• An active and independent LMHC license issued by the state of Florida is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
