Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing our dedicated professionals the flexibility to create their own schedules while working directly with clients via telehealth. Our clinic operates Monday through Saturday, and we pride ourselves on offering a supportive management structure that handles administrative tasks such as credentialing and insurance participation, enabling you to focus solely on providing therapeutic care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of individuals, families, and groups, utilizing clinical expertise to develop individualized care plans.

• Effectively communicate treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care through regular documentation and participation in meetings such as patient rounds.

• Demonstrate proficiency in providing care that addresses the physical, psychological, and social needs of clients across all age groups.

• Manage ongoing patient care through effective case management, which includes consultation with hospitals and community programs to ensure optimal support.

• Conduct evidence-based treatment interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while following best practices to achieve patient-centered outcomes.

• Complete all necessary documentation in a timely and ethical manner, meeting departmental standards and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse patient population experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW) in the state of Florida.

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; a master’s degree is preferred.

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week, accommodating your availability and patient needs.
