RTS, based in Overland Park, Kansas, is seeking a Business Development Representative to support and manage new and existing accounts. This entry-level position requires a self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills and critical thinking abilities. Candidates should preferably have a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of customer service or account management experience. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
