Floor Team Lead

We\'re looking for experienced retail floor supervisors to join the team at the World\'s Most Famous Toy Store. Lead the floor with pace and presence, setting the standard for guest engagement, team performance, and the magic guests expect from FAO Schwarz. Act as the leader on duty, making real-time decisions on coverage, zoning, and team deployment to keep the floor running at its best. Coach and develop a team of associates through in-the-moment feedback, onboarding support, and daily floor leadership. Own your area of responsibility end to end, ensuring it\'s always guest-ready, operationally tight, and commercially sharp. Drive sales by building a team that connects genuinely with guests, knows the product, and converts that connection into results. Champion FAO Schwarz standards across every touchpoint, escalating what needs escalating and solving what can be solved on the floor. What you’ll bring 3+ years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, experiential, or performance-based environments, with a track record of coaching and developing a team through feedback and daily floor leadership. Strong floor presence and the confidence to make real-time decisions under pressure. A genuine interest in toys, play, and what the FAO Schwarz brand stands for.
