Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• Experience in IL / AL

Location Highlights

Dallas, Oregon offers access to both outdoor recreation and regional amenities. The city is about 15 miles west of Salem and provides convenient access to Baskett Slough National Wildlife Refuge, a known spot for birdwatching and hiking.
