Implementation Specialist

Position OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic, intelligent, and client-focused Implementation Specialist to join our team. This role is critical to our customer experience. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients, training them on our software, guiding them through implementation, and ensuring a smooth transition to our Support team once onboarding is complete.The ideal candidate enjoys working directly with clients, explaining technical concepts in a clear and friendly way, and building long-term relationships. Experience in Home Health Careand especially Home Health Care billingis a strong plus.Key ResponsibilitiesLead onboarding and implementation for new INMYTEAM clientsTrain clients on how to effectively use the INMYTEAM softwareServe as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phaseFollow up with clients to ensure successful adoption and satisfactionIdentify client needs, challenges, and opportunities during implementationDocument implementation progress and outcomesCoordinate a smooth handoff from Implementation to the Support teamWork closely with internal teams to improve onboarding processes and client experienceQualificationsFluent in Spanish and EnglishStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to train, educate, and guide clients with confidenceHighly organized, proactive, and detail-orientedComfortable working with software and learning new systems quicklyAbility to manage multiple client implementations at oncePreferred ExperienceExperience in the Home Health Care industryHome Health Care billing knowledge (major plus)Previous experience in software implementation, onboarding, customer success, or training rolesWork EnvironmentFull-time positionBased in our Miramar, FL officeTwo remote workdays per week.
